If I restore my laptop, will all viruses be gone?

If you have a laptop, and you use the CD to restore it back to when you first got it this will remove all viruses as it will format the hard drive of the laptop. But beware as all your files will be deleted too so it’s only recommended if you have made a backup of all your important data onto an external source.

If you insert the CD into your system, or if your laptop uses another partition simply hit the button it tells you on boot up. Follow the on-screen instructions on how to restore your laptop back to default, or if you are using an Operating System CD click Format the Drive when asked. (Format to NTFS if XP or Above)
