When I turn on my computer it shows two Vista’s

When you turn on your computer if you see two options, such as

Microsoft Windows Vista and another duplicate of that, this is caused normally because your computer might have crashed at one point and your laptop’s inbuilt software re-installed the operating system, you can simply ignore the duplicate one.

If you want to remove the duplicate one you can do so from Control Panel, open up Control Panel then go to System and then click the “Advanced” tab and then press the Startup and Recovery button saying “Settings…” and you can reduce the time to list the operating systems to like 1 second so you don’t get disturbed by it.
