Webcam software should show up in windows update, just re-check for updates from the update area and under optional should be the webcam drivers. just make sure its plugged in first. you might even have to reboot after you plug it in for it to show up in windows update. If its not in the update area you need to go to toshiba.com support section and type in your model or serial number and find the area where you can download drivers and look for the driver for your camera. I’m 90% sure it will show up in windows update though. Leave a response if it does or if you need more help I can help you through yahoo chat or somethin. Good luck!

The software should be on a disk that came with the computer. Put it in the disk drive and run setup>
Google ‘chincony usb camera driver’ and you should be able to find it. It should be a exe file.
Normally I’d tell you to go to Toshiba’s website (http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp?nav=Product%20Support ) and download the driver and software for the camera (always get software for a computer from the computer manufacturer if possible), but your grandchildren may die of old age before you find where it is. I would have looked for it for you, but you need the family and model to start. Look on that page and see if you can find it after you fill in the blanks. (If there’s no Windows 7 driver, try the Vista driver – 7 is supposed to be able to use Vista drivers.)
