		<description>Try removing and reseating the battery.  If that does not solve the problem contact Sony.  Batteries are typically under warranty for a year.  Problem is, if you bought that laptop from a retail outlet (Best Buy, example) it could have sat on the shelf for a while.  With batteries it&#039;s usually covered for a year after production.</description>
