		<description>First of all, check if you have a volume icon in your system tray, beside your clock. if not open control panel and open Sound and Audio devices. Check the device volume and if mute is checked. If you encounter the same problem, open the control panel again, open system, then go to the hardware tab and click the device manager button. Once your there, Click the [+] of the sound, video and game controllers. Check if there is a device that have a red x on it. If there is, open that device and enable it. If that did not work, uninstall your sound drive and install the updated sound driver.</description>
