I might buy it to see what is in it and to learn more. E-Mail me at d.offy12@gmail.com

Also you could also get some money maybe if you recycle it.

If it’s a powerful relatively new laptop then just buy a monitor/keyboard and use it like a desktop. If it’s an old laptop, you can also use it as a a network shared drive for music/video or just as a backup

There are a couple ways you could benefit from your broken laptop.

First- You could sell it on eBay. eBay is a fast and easy way to sell almost anything. List your laptop and describe it specifically. Someone might have parts to the same type of laptop, buy yours, fix it up and use it!

Second- Staples has a promotion going on right now: Purchase any HP laptop and get $30 worth of Rewards money by recycling your old machine. This method they will clear your hard disk for you, making sure your confidential and personal data doesn’t get in the wrong hands.

Third- You can take it to a tech recycling center, check out Toshiba’s recycling program at: http://toshiba.eztradein.com/toshiba/. Some companies charge to recycle your old equipment- Toshiba is one that provides this service FREE. Help keep the Earth green :)
