You must 'make it your's' and update lot's of stuff.
The one I bought was from 2005 and nothing was updated since, so read my comment next to find out what best to do when you buy used.
I expected from the first review that is it "was packed with useful programs!"
You do not need to buy certain programs but trust me, it will NOT BE LOADED.

Has the basic Microsoft 2003 office programs, along with some other goodies. It's been alot more than I expected it to be. Very good price for an awesome computer.
