I’m going to be buying a laptop for use with a midi keyboard, specifically an M-Audio Axiom 49. This is going to be used for live purposes, concerts etc., and also for recording. It can’t be terribly expensive but obviously i can make allowances. Also i dont think I’m going to be buying a Mac because of price. Any suggestions on which laptop to buy?

yes these are refurbished macs but they have a year warranty with them not only that you can go to your nearest apple store and for a 150 bucks more you can buy a 2 year extended warranty not being able to worry about a laptop for 3 years is a good choice plus apple laptops are one of the most reliable laptops on the market my buddy just bought an awesome refurbished laptop for 750 bucks from this website and it works like a champ plus if you are going to be using this laptop for music then apple is the way to go. hope i helped.
