Question by September is suicide season!: Buy a laptop or repair old computer?
ok so i am saving up for a laptop, becasue my computer crashed. IT will turn on and work fine, but when you turn it off, it barely if at all,
will turn on again.Should i keep on saving for a laptop,which will take a really long time. or try to work with my old computer, until summer, when i can get a job(im 14) and then achive my laptop?

hmmm, maybe you can try out a mini laptop if you only do light work on the computer

Try to find out what’s wrong with your computer. It could be a pretty cheap fix. A new power supply could be as cheap as $20. Even a new hard drive is only around $50 if you don’t need hundreds of gigs.
Once you determine what’s wrong, you’ll be able to make a better decision. (Like, maybe, fix the old one AND buy a laptop.)
Fix your old computer and upgrade. Its cheaper ( I think so at least) and you can create a computer superior to the ones on the market.
Did you install a antivirusprogram http://www.free-av.com/and adaware http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php when you did be aware you update windows the two programs mentioned above. Clean your Recycle Bin with your right mouse button choose empty. Also don’t forget to defragment the hard drive, open My Computer choose the C: drive With the right mouse click choose Properties / Tools / Defragment now Also Error – check Check now
