		<description>For me, I won&#039;t go below a 10&quot; screen.  I don&#039;t have a docking system.  So I&#039;d hate to be surfing the web and constantly adjusting the zoom.  10&quot; is the minimum for me.  With that requirement, I&#039;m looking at the Asus EEE 1000HE Netbook.  Reasonably priced below $400 with pretty good processing speed (1.6Ghz).</description>
