I don't have a docking system. So I'd hate to be surfing the web and constantly adjusting the zoom. 10" is the minimum for me. With that requirement, I'm looking at the Asus EEE 1000HE Netbook. Reasonably priced below $400 with pretty good processing speed (1.6Ghz). For me, I won’t go below a 10″ screen. I don’t have a docking system.
