the keys are designed to come off so that if the letters wear away you can replace individual keys without needing to replace the whole keyboard. The Plastic clips underneath are often a bit fiddly to get back in correctly but take a good one off and see how it fits and then replace the rest.
The only issue you may have is if the plastic gate clips are broken, you can get new ones but they are hard to find and there are many different types and sizes, your best bet is a laptop repair shop and take the old clips with you (as well as the laptop and loose keys).
Paying someone to do it is often expensive as this is a fiddly time consuming job and it is possibly cheaper to buy a new one from Acer Direct or from eBay.
To replace the keyboard is a case of removing a few screws, probably removing the cover at the top by the screen (it just clips in) and releasing the data cable. Installation is just the reverse. It takes less than 5 minutes if you know what you are doing.

You can change it yourself its pretty simple. Look at the bottom of the laptop and there may be some screws with a keyboard symbol beside them. These hold the keyboard in place. Remove the screws and the keyboard just lifts off. A new board is about 30-50$ and if you dont know how to change it yourself it will probabaly cost 50$ for the installation.

well, you should be able to pop the keys back in by pressing them back down until they snap back in, otherwise it isn’t that hard to replace the whole thing either, and when i replaced a laptop keyboard it cost $20 for the replacement
