I was wondering when some one re routes there ip to come from a different server say through switzerland does everything change over to there jurisdiction and just wondering.
Also how dose one find out the real location of a user I have been wanting to find the right answer to this question.

All you get from an Ip address is the location of the ISPs server. And however you cheat the original location of the machine is traceable by the authorities. And the laws of the country you are in, and the country you view are both valid.
