The sound control buttons on the front of my laptop wont work w/ itunes, how to fix it?

Question by zero_cool: The sound control buttons on the front of my laptop wont work w/ itunes, how to fix it?
I own a dell inspiron e1405 and the volume control buttons work for itunes but the play, pause and skip buttons do not. Any ideas how to fix this?

set itunes as your default media player. it’s in control panel? i think?
