Okay. There are many things that could be wrong.
First check the literal connections (wall plugs, etc)

After that, try going to control panel on the computer, internet options, and making sure you are connected.

If that does not work, are your routers on? Is your wireless button on your laptop blue? That means it’s on- orange means it’s off

Then you might want to try clicking on the internet connection button on your laptop (it’s on the bar on the right-hand bottom of the desktop screen.)
You’ll need to click on Wireless networks available and make sure you’re connected. If all of the fails, call someone from the company- tech support is really good.
Or go to google and type in what you need to do. “Internet not working.” “No internet connection.” Keep it short, simple and somewhat general- that way you’ll get more to choose from.

Hopefully you’ll get it fixed.
Luck!

    1. Check that your password is correct
    2. Check that your wireless connection is enabled (should be a switch on your computer)
    3. Check that the modem is woking (green flashing lights = good)
    4. Try a different network.
    Hope this helps!
