I had installed the ATI package which includes the driver utilities for my video card. However the control panel of ATI itself isn’t. The program doesn’t load. I have installed the latest version and tried the earlier version for it might cause the problem because of the version bla bla. However, same results, My ATI Catalyst Control Center isn’t working. But the utilities for my video card is working, it’s just the control panel of ATI!
Secondly, whenever, i put a flash drive in my laptop, the it detects! it showed up in the “my computer” however, when i tried to open the flash drive an error message pop up “Windows cannot detect the device and needs to be formatted”, it is unusual error, because when you put the flash drive in other laptop, it reads there and shows up the the content files of the flash drive. Can someone help me for my LAPTOP problem? :(

Before you do anything make sure your windows is updated or check for new updates. About the ATI Catalyst software all i can tell you is to uninstall the entire software and device driver as well then install with original cd again. I tried to use a updated catalyst software for my card and it did the same thing and i had to switch back to old one again. So, if catalyst is working fine do not update it or the driver unless it is necessary. There is a link for the usb problem. Good luck.
