Q&A: anyone have a solution to this common issue with creative zen vision m 30gb?

Question by KC C: anyone have a solution to this common issue with creative zen vision m 30gb?
I loved my creative zen vision m 30gb. Then one day it wasn’t recognized. When I go into the device manager with the player attached by usb, there’s no portable device driver.

Anyone know how to fix this?
I wish the ipod lovers of the world would stop taking s*** so personally.

I asked a question about my mp3 player not for your opinion on the ipod. And by the way I did just buy an ipod and I hate it. Apple charges more and can’t even give a user guide with the product or a charger? Then if you have a question about anything………..good luck getting an answer.
Thank you to the two of the responses to my question.
