zune software sync problem?
Question by biker wannabe :P: zune software sync problem?
just bought a zune. installed went great. zune is fully charged. the problem is the software says no zune is connected. i have uninstalled reinstalled 3 times didnt fix the problem. my device manager recognizes the zune is connected and shows under portable devices.i have tried restarting the zune by holding back+up. i have windows xp.

Go through the steps in this MS guide. If it doesn’t work after going through all of them, I would recommend returning your Zune for a new one.
