this is fine.
11.Because the hot air escaped. The balloon began to sink slowly.
the first part is a fragment. Put a comma between the two sentence and lowercase t in the to fix.

6. complete sentence
7. run-on
11. Fragment
6. When Lu played the “Wedding March,” he used a portable keyboard. It’s a fragment.
9. The old mopney is shredded and then used in a variety of ways. Complete sentence.
11. Because the hot air escaped, the ballon began to sink slowly. Two fragments.
The first one is a fragment. You would use a semicolon instead of a comma there to separate the sentence into 2.
=Lu played the “Wedding March”;he used a portable keyboard.
or also, you could combine them into one sentence by changing the words a bit(can you do that?) if you could, then it would be= Lu played the “Weddig March” by using a portable keyboard.
the second one is a complete sentence, but if they are asking you to fix it, then i would put a comma after ‘shredded’.
=The old money is shredded, and then used in a variety of ways.
the third one is a fragment. Well, at least the first part of it is.
You would combine them into one sentence with a comma instead of a period. the first part starting with’because’ is the cause, and the second part is the result.
=Because the hot air escaped, the balloon began to sink slowly.
