When I called and asked they told me that I would receive a letter in the mail informing me of the new people who are going to take over the warranty I have through firedog to repair my laptop. I haven’t received a letter yet and I really need to repair my laptop. Does anyone know of the new company (or whatever) that has taken over? A name, 1-800 number, or website?

the best thing to do is call firedog even though circuit city went out of business so they can give you a number. but be prepared to go through a STRING of numbers and transfers. hope it helps
