you should check out your local pawn shops, they always have cheap c.d. players that they are willing to sell quick

you could, if you have an i pod, get an i pod thing from target or walmart or wherever that hooks up to your car interior, then dock your i pod on it and listen to your music in replacment of a regular radio channel. that only costs 50 to 70 $

Depends on what you call a lot of money; Go to a salvage yard, and buy one; Usually about $ 35.00 ! There’s some older Dodge, & Ford radios, that had cassette, AND cd players combined ! I just put one in my daughter’s car ! Works fine !

It would be cheaper to install an new CD player than get your old contraption fixed. Cd players are very cheap these days, and if you know someone who is handy with cars and electrics, all it will cost for installation is a slab of beer.

You can also try a FM transmitter if you don’t need perfect CD quality:

Theres those new mp3/mp4 players that cost about $ 10-$ 20.
Runs on the same technology as iTrips.
Stick it into your cigarette lighter and tune it into your radio. They come in 2Gb-4Gb, and come with a little remote.
