Question by godwinorukpe: my laptop is refused to shutdown from the start and turn off command, what is the problem?
After I am done with my work to short the laptop computer down becomes a problem unless I hold down the on / off buttton down for some few seconds

your windows got corrupt…….try to run antivirus like norton or mcafee or any anti spyware software like microsoft anti spyware if problem will still there then install a new copy of windows……

    Run some antispy ware get a free down load from http://www.spybot.com. Good luck

    including using the anti-virus anti-spy-ware type stuff (i recommend AVG and Spy-ware Blaster, both have excellent free versions) have a look in the Windows Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and make sure there are no unwanted programs or processes running
