I have Norton Anti-Virus, but the laptop has been acting funny ever since a week ago when I remember watching many videos on Youtube. But I always watch videos on Youtube, and I heard that it’s not possible to get a virus from Youtube, especially with a Norton Anti-Virus! What could this problem be?

Sounds like you have spyware.
Go to http://www.download.com
Download adware se and spybot. Update the database. Then scan. This should help.
