First you have to make sure it’s got a miniPCI Wireless Card inside it. If so, then you need to find the correct driver for it. Then install it, then go to a park or whatever that as internet access, and WALA! Your online!

To use a Wireless Access point you need to know:

    1.) Network Name(SSID)
    2.) WEP/WPA Key

once you know those, do this:

    1.)Open Control Panel
    2.) Open Network Connections
    3.)right click wireless connection
    4.) click Enable
    5.) rightclick wireless connection
6.) click view available wireless networks
    7.) click refresh network list
8.) click the network(SSID) you want to connect to then click connect
9.) Enter WEP/WPA key if prompted
    10) SURF!
