Laptop battery problem…?

Question by ANA$: Laptop battery problem…?
I have a problem with my laptop’s battery. the battery was able to make
my laptop on for two hours and a half…….
But now I can’t use my laptop for just about a 20 minutes without an electricity, and I put the
battery performance Low as possible to make the battery can hold on much longer, but that was useless.
And I also try to use a programme to push up the battery life but that helpless too..
Please help me and tell me what to do?…I had this problem from months ….

your laptop battery is on it’s last legs, need to replace it, it sounds as though you work via the battery a lot, maybe see if you can get a higher capacity battery for your laptop, if you have an eBay account this is a good place to get new batteries for much less than the rrp.
One other point check with your laptop manufacturers website and see if they have a battery reset option, ibm has this and it may not enable your battery to charge back to 100% but it will let you know the current state of it and allow you to prolong the life a little more

Leave it out for a couple of days and see if there’s any improvement because it seems as though your using it 24/7 and not giving it much of a chance to rest or the laptop has been around for awile and is getty pretty old or something. You can just use your laptop plugged in without the battery. Just use it like a normal computer and leave it in the one position.

I think you should take it to the service centre and get it checked……………have you scanned your laptop?May be its due to virus and you are thinking for battery.
