This is a virus, I saw a similar thing during a test ones where he tested malicious websites vs real time scanners, if your anti virus is called virus protector it’s a complete scam and more likely a malicious program. Suggest booting your PC into safe mode with networking download malwarebytes from the internet or have it on a CD from malwarebytes.com and do a full scan.

Edit:
Do not listen to John, only do so if you want to compromise your security
AVG is a highly memory consuming low effective anti virus, most tests done with AVG including it’s virus detection proves my cause, in addition it got very poor self protection and often get’s disabled by viruses
Alternatives:
Avast(.com)
Avira(.com)
Microsoft Security Essentials (Microsoft.com)
