You could use a friends computer to download anti virus software and then transfer it to your computer by usb - the "fake anti virus" family of viruses hasn't yet evolved to infect usbs, best to buy a new one you won't need again to be on the safe side. Or you could try right clicking on the internet and clicking run as administrator, that over-rided the virus and I could access the internet to download, or if you try clicking it enough times it may eventually let you get on the internet.

Follow this guide ( if it seems completely out of place with what I have just written it is because I have copy and pasted it, I wrote it earlier, it's everything I did to remove the virus)

HELLO Please try this first it will save you so much time. I tried just about everything else on every other site but this was what worked in the end for me. First of all don't give any money out at all, this whole removal process should be completely free. Also don't pay any of the anti virus software money - as you probably know seeing as you realise that it is fake.

I just got rid of one called vista guard and it is quite difficult but the thing that got rid of it was downloading something called Rkill. If you can't access the internet then try right clicking on the internet and there should be the option to "run as administrator" click it. This is how I got on the internet. If it still won't let you connect then you will need to find a friend to download it and copy it onto a usb so that you can transfer it to your computer. Apparently the virus isn't able to access usbs yet. But seeing as you were able to access the internet to write this, I am guessing that you still can.

Ok what you need to do in order:

1.Follow this link and download rkill :
http://download.cnet.com/RKill/3000-8022_4-75221743.html

2. You will need to let it install and then when it has installed start it up and wait. It should go onto a small black screen (similar to comman prompt if you have ever used that). Then just wait, it could take 30 minutes but it will finish and it will stop all the viruses and trojans from running. BUT it will not delete them, do NOT restart your computer yet. As restarting will automatically start the viruses up again. If rkill doesn't work for some reason then restart your computer and run it again but it worked fine for me.
3. After rkill has finished what you need to do is do a virus scan so that you can remove the viruses permanently. I would suggest using one such as anit malware, I used hitman pro 3.5. Don't pay for them, I downloaded them for free. Here are some links :

http://download.cnet.com/Hitman-Pro/3000-2239_4-11249116.html

http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

http://www.superantispyware.com/

Any of these should do the trick, though I ran them all and found that hitman pro finished quickest.

4. After running the scan, there should have been lots of viruses found and you will need to delete them all. It may require you to restart your computer but it is safe to do so now. I would restart anyway because I found that my computer was still running slowly from the viruses and just to double check that there are still no viruses on your computer. You could also run task manager by pressing crtl + Alt + del on your keyboard. Anything that says vz.exe is a virus. So if there are any of them left then it is still there. BUT everything was fine for me after doing that. Do this and everything should be fine, good luck :)
