After I installed KASPERSKY ANTI VIRUS, the computer restart automatically. Then when it turns back ON, after 5 seconds it restarted again, then turns back ON, then it will restart. A messege alert says”: There a risk on your computer. KAPERSKY IS OFF. Clik the ballon to fixed the problem. The, Before I clik the balloon, it will restart again, and again , and again. Pressing F8 not work on my laptop.

You need to turn off “auto restart on windows error”
You are getting BSOD’s
Make a PE Boot text (search that) to go to a previous restore point or re-install Windows
