So, I have A HP Pavilion dv4-2045dx , and i was on internet explorer . Then sudennly everything froze, but mouse was still moving. I tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete, but nothing happenned. So i shut down my computer by holding the power button, and when i restarted two option came up: “Lanch Startup Repair (recomned) or “Start Windows Normally”. i selected Luanch Startup Repair,and it’s just a black scren, and i lauch the startup repair. But now its been about 3 hours. What should Do? plzz help!!! f8, no safe mode take me to startup repair. i removed everything form my computer.
if i go to start windows normally …it just gets stuck on the window logo.

my computer does this from time to time…shut it down again and when you start it start windows normally if that works you need to go to the repair menu in the control panal and repair it from there. if it wont start an goe to window then you need to hit F2 and then choose the correct boot up option.
