I am guessing you are using another computer to ask this.

Try turning your router off for 1 minute, then turn it back on. If that doesn’t work, restart your computer.

Is the wireless on the actual computer turned on? If it is and it still won’t work send back for repair. If you want to send me some pictures of the computer and the screen by email then please do and I will try to help you out the best I can.

You probably have some other pogram managing your internet for now, that’s why you can’t connect to any of the wireless networks “in range”. So you’re going to have to play around with the Network panel and try to find something that says “let windows manage my network” I forget how to get there, but I’m sure it’s there.

    Good luck.

Alrighty, you should probably call the company and ask them what they did and what you should do.

But first, try turning off the router for a few minutes. if that doesn’t work try restarting your laptop. if that doesnt work shut it down. leave it off for about 10 minutes. then put it back on and try. if this doesnt work then call the company.

~or you could always try google or calling your company [ex: verizon].

    hope this helped(:

Maybe you have deactivated SSID Broadcast on your wireless router. This would mean, that you will not see the wireless network just by searching for it. You would have to remember the name of your network and then configure it in the advanced properties of the wireless adapter.

Another reason for it could be, that the wireless card in your pc is deactivated. Click on your start button, select “settings” and then network settings. If you right klick your wireless connection, you should see “disable”. If you can see “enable”, klick on that and the wireless connection will be reenabled.

If you have a network cable laying around somewhere, also try to connect the pc directly to the router. If it then still does not work, it could be that your router is not working correctly and you might have to fix that first.

    Hope this helps a little.

Well, if it gave you that error that means you have your wireless enabled it’s just not picking up signal which means your wireless reciever isn’t working. I would try going to your wireless network home and clicking to diagnose the problem. It will give you some solutions to step through, if none of these work it may be that when they opened it up they either disconnected or damaged some wiring for your wireless. Either that or your router isn’t sending a signal, but I find that less likely. Call a help desk and they can step you through it too if you have a number to one.

ok i think the problem is ur antenna
so does it connect or pick up any other networks?
if it doesn’t its ur antenna if it does it could be ur router.
