how to fix this laptop?

Question by Lu: how to fix this laptop?
I opened up a laptop, after I put it back, it won’t start, it says “operating system not found”
where did I mess up?? have I just damaged it?

Sounds like the HDD is not being seen, or is blank. Does the drive register in the BIOS?

    heres how you fix it- you walk away and never say anyting- works for me.
