my gf has trend micro right now and it expires in 2 weeks and i want her to have the anti-virus protection on her laptop and i was just wondering it i should stay with trend or go to norton or something else

Trend micro used to be a good antivirus but not anymore.You have many optios but stay away from Norton and McAfee. If you’re looking for a free antivirus the best I have try is Microsoft security essentials and Avast.If you want complete internet security get Kaspersky
LOL Use Avast this is good and free unlike kespersky Avast will block harm downloads,websites,pishing,and problems in your pc also scan viruses my opinion is use this I love using this i don’t have a virus for 2 years and no problems at all….Good luck ;)

use paid version of bitdefender or k7 total security……….
if you are willing to spend bucks try McAfee or avg full version which is different from free version. coming to freewares try bit torrent or avast or avg.
