Question by Peter M: Removing virus from laptop?
Please help! When I turn on my laptop and log in, the screen turns blue, says there is a problem and then restarts the laptop. I log in again and the problem repeats. I can’t run anti-virus software as there is a space of about 30 seconds between my logging in and the screen turning blue and the laptop restarting. What can I do?

try starting in safe mode
usually you can get it into safe mode by pushing F8 when it first starts up at your welcome screen
