I get it free with my package, trouble is when i phone BT i get sent from one option button to another.
Ive looked on website but im not too good at that. Anyone got some simple guidelines, i use windows 7

What is BT antivirus?? I’m doubting it’s very highly rated

i think they use bit defender which to be honest isnt as efficient as the other free ones, lower detection rates etc
go to download.com and use avira or avast.
these are very light on resources and are extremely efficient
you can also use malwarebytes or superantispyware as an on demand scanner
