Laptop Virus Need Help!!?

Question by desti nation: Laptop Virus Need Help!!?
I have Kaspersky sky internet security and it would say malicous stuff but it also said vulnerability and i was just on youtube and suddenly it said that microsoft found virus stuff in my computer but my kaspersky didnt do anything. any way how do i get rid of the virus? please help

I just got kaspersky and dont really know how to use it and i came back from Norton 360 wich never picked up any thing.

    You sure it’s a virus and not some trojan software trying to get you to download some lame removal program?

    Try combofix from http://www.combofix.org, it’s a small download and freeware.

    Yeah Kapersky is a piece of crap. I have Norton 2008, and it works like a charm. (Not Norton 360) Don’t try AVG anitvirus either, it’s just a waste of virtual memory. If you can find Norton 2008 and download it like I did from isohunt.com but you also need an uploader to download torrent files such as uTorrent. :P

    go into the control panel, then windows security center, open your virus protection info, and it probably says it is off if it dosent work.
    so just change some settings if it is off, and maybe you set it so that you will manage your virus protection.
    —–
    otherwise you’ll have to hunt it down yourself and delete it.
    but be careful, don’t just go deleting stuff, you could crash your computer doing it!

    how to u know that it affected with virus ,,,,, so that means kaspersky is blocked that virus wat u want to do is double click on that kaspersky icon in task bar and u can right hand side in bottom detected if it is showing more than 0 that means u want to delete it click on it action and discard all now u r safe

    i use ur program — and u were a victum of maleware or fraudware –windows does not have a virus program in it’s OS

    –run malwarebytes anti-malware –is free
    these are a few examples
    antivirus 2009 ( look on google )
    spyguard 2009 —-these are fake to get u to buy the fake app and than does nothing –u have no infections but the scanner u mentioned –run the program i gave u and remove all it finds
