drivers are available from the manufacturer’s website at fast speeds anyway,
i would always be careful when using accelerators from unknown sources,
CNET is a good reliable source for clean software,
if you are sure it’s a virus, there is something called “malwarebytes” which has a free version which usually does the job well, especially works with adware and certain viruses that most antiviruses can’t remove.
but considering it’s a fresh install, i would assume you haven’t put a lot of work on there, so i would reinstall and install microsoft security essentials before installing anything.
saves a lot of hard work and re-infection from hidden left over cookies afterwards,
peace,
abz

You’ve used a Chinese site?
Do not know 100% of hackers in China work for the government.
So the conclusion is 100% hacker Chinese users are hurting others for work.
The faster the Kaspersky virus used to destroy on.
and to delete the file use unlocker
Look for Malwarebyte’s AntiMalware and install it. Best to scan your system in Safe mode with the AntiMalware. Good luck.
The key words here are SAFE MODE!!!
Turn System Restore off. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
Click to select the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click to select the Turn off System Restore on all drives check box. Click OK.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to turn off System Restore.
Download, (if you can’t get on-line, have a friend download and copy to disc/flash for transfer) install, update and then in SAFE MODE* run full scans, with these programs…

Then re-start.
(turn System Restore on. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
Click to clear the Turn off System Restore check box. Or, click the Turn on System Restore on all drives check box.
Click OK.)
If you can’t run a scan, go into the scanner’s folder and re-name the .exe file to something like ‘MyFile.exe’ and try in safe mode again. Some malware prevent the execution of anti spy/mal/virus scans by blocking them by name.
You should consider getting a good Anti-Virus program.
Try one of these free ones…

***Never use more than one, active, anti-virus program at any one time***
*Note: On start up (before Windows loads) keep tapping either F5 or F8 (be aware that some manufacturers use F8 for system recovery!) then use arrow keys to highlight ‘Safe Mode with networking’ and hit Enter/Return, click on a user account, enter the Administrator password (if you don’t know it, there probably isn’t one so leave it blank) and hit Enter/Return.
**Note: Malwarebytes should be run in ‘Normal Mode’ unless that isn’t possible!
